For edition 48 of Only For Robots, Don’t Trust Humans welcomes back a veteran and early supporter of their series, Petstov – the man behind PetstovLab Recordings and Smoke Machine.
Petstov is a designer, writer, and a former stockbroker born in Valdivia, Chile. He has been making music since the early 90s, producing his first electronic material before the turn of the new millennium.
For this, his third contribution to the series, DNT asked him to put together a mix containing personal influences, classics and essentials. The result is a two-hour odyssey featuring records by Roberto Bosco, Stefan Gubatz, STL, Leonid, Atheus, Mitchell Akiyama, Grails and many more. Also included are four unreleased originals that are to remain unpressed.
The selection, he writes, is: “dedicated to my sword, my lady and my daughter, Fia.”
