Moby set up his Void Pacific Choir project to indulge his love of 80s punk and new wave, and now another genre has entered the fray as three drum & bass producers go in for the remix on two of the group’s tracks.
‘All The Hurts We Made’ is warped over carefully-constructed percussion and glitches by Czech producer Hybris.
NickBee (Ukraine) chops ‘It’s So Hard To Say Goodbye’ into an even darker beast than the original, while British producer Proxima takes the same track somewhere altogether deeper and nastier, a stomping drop bringing in an ominous percussive riff and a boatload of bass.
The original tracks are from More Fast Songs About The Apocalypse, with the remixes forming More Fast Remixes About The Apocalypse.
