Lost Jungle LP feat. Elizabeth Troy Resurfaces After 20 Years

To coincide with their 20th anniversary, Emotif are proud to present the first issue of Loggi’s lost 1995 album Back To The Jungle.

Produced by Loggi for Emotif’s parent jungle label SOUR, I Don’t Mind (When You Look That Way) featuring Elisabeth Troy and ‘Loggi’s Life’ featuring Viveen Wray was released as a single in 1995. Four other tracks appeared on various SOUR compilations worldwide: SOUR Cream, Junglism, Jungle Fever and the legendary Jungle Mania compilations. An album was licensed to London Records for a tidy sum, before being buried in the deepest depths of the music industry and remains unreleased to this day.

Now, 20 years later, Loggi has rescued the masters and is able to present the lost album for the first time. Amen. Back To The Jungle encapsulates the deft freedom of 90’s jungle production, topped with strong vocals from Viveen Wray and Elisabeth Troy.

Note: The track names have been slightly adjusted to keep hunting dogs off the scent.

The album is preceded by a five track EP containing two original tracks from the LP, two brand new remixes from Ray Keith and Lynx, and an original slice of jungle history with 1995’s Deependance Remix.

Back To The Jungle will be released on 29th June 2015. Check the artwork below.
