George Fitzgerald’s new FACT mix is off the hook!

If you can think of a good club or festival… he’s played there, great DJ’s… it’s more than likely he’s gone back to back with them, envious releases on imprints like Hotflush, Aus, ManMake Music and Hypercolour? Yeah he’s done that too. I’m talking of course about George Fitzgerald, who’s latest go at the FACT series is rather the smorgasbord of tracks: all mixed impeccably from one to the next. It’s caused a few stirs as well, with George throwing in a few yet to be released tracks that are quite frankly AWESOME.

The phrase quality not quantity comes to mind when I think of George Fitzgerald. The man of late has been phenomenal, doing more shows than Jennifer Lawrence has had pictures leaked – having had the opportunity to see him on several different occasions over the past few years, it’s been interesting to see his progression, shaking off his earlier days in the dubstep scene and moving onto higher tempos, this is the guy that can have the dance floor raving one second and the next minute have you slow jamming.

Moving forward from his Essential Mix last year, which featured some prominent modern house, this time round the Bjork track has no doubt got people talking, but every single song on this FACT mix works so well. At just under an hour George has really nailed it with this one. Check out some of the belters he’s put in from XXXY, Locked Groove and Romen Flugel… what a great way to create attention for his upcoming album. We’re hyped!
