Outlook have announced the latest acts set to provide the soundtrack to the big five day event on the Adriatic Coast. The festival set up to bring together the ‘greatest acts in soundsystem culture’ as well as a host of names at the top of the underground house and techno scenes is ready for another year at the forefront of the European festival circuit. For all the particulars, check our original Outlook preview.
The fresh additions come in the shape of trip-hop jefe and Massive Attack co-founder Daddy G. Fellow Bristolian Phaeleh is there with his brand of downbeat electronica, infused with garage, house and dubstep.
Sub-heavy house and bass lord Roska has also been added as well as dubstep/grime collective True Tiger and D Double E & Footsie, aka Newham Generals. Second generation garage and bass head Barely Legal of 1Xtra fame will take to the stage as well as UKG elder Zed Bias and Roy Davis Jr, forever in our hearts for his iconic ’90s track ‘Gabriel’ featuring 2-step OG Peven Everett.
If all that wasn’t enough, perhaps the biggest names now chalked on the board are raw, analog genre-smasher Bodikka and the future of future garage, Lancastrian duo Bondax, looking to follow up on their hugely successful festival season last summer. Finishing off the latest round are DJs Paleman and Snakehips.
