Pär Grindvik Drops Debut Album

This week Swedish techno stalwart Pär Grindvik drops his new album ‘Isle of Real’ on double 12” via Stockholm LTD.

Having worked with the likes of Fever Ray and with labels such as Spectral Sound for Ghostly International, the album is the first full length release from the producer and label owner who’s been creating and releasing music for over twenty years.

Grindvik began his artistic career as the owner of a record store in his home town of Stockholm in the 90s and has been exploring the world of electronic music for two decades, a history audible on this release. Isle of Real demonstrates Grindvik’s talent for melody, bearing hooks which thread through the LP, from its plains to its peaks, and which betray the producer’s mythical influences.
