War-dub season recommences: this time it’s all about Jungle!

War-dub season prevails! For the past few days our Facebook timeline has been filling up with a series of SoundCloud links posted by producer Etch; building the hype for a revival of the war-dub season that first reared it’s head around this same time last year. However, whilst last year’s war-dub clashes focused on grime, this time it’s Jungle and Happy Hardcore that are getting a look-in.

FACT are asserting that Epoch is the one to kick things off, posting a (now removed) dub that quickly incurred responses from fellow producers Sully and Etch. Since then Filter Dread and Gantz have also got in on the action, as well as Mella Dee (who has so far provided several happy hardcore-style dubs) and also Om Unit – who has delivered his own dub for Gantz. On top of that, the legend that is Fanu has provided a dub and called on Danny Breaks, Fracture, Equinox. Stranjah, and Gremlinz to respond.
