DJ Q & Flava D – ‘P.S.’

Having released his album ‘Ineffable’ on Local Action (a label operated independently by FACT’s Tom Lea) earlier this year, DJ Q returns with a collaborative single alongside Butterz’ Flava D just in time for carnival!

Both Q and D have made their names on the scene with their current and on-point blends of garage, grime and bassline. Fresh off the back of their back-to-back set at the legendary Sidewinder rave, the pair come forward with the collaborative single ‘P.S.’: an upbeat, feel-good summer belter that combines Flava D’s penchant for glittery throwback garage with Q’s adept ear for a monstrous bassline.

‘P.S.’ is the first collaboration we have seen from the pair, however it is not to be the last. With a forthcoming joint EP  as well as a succession of DJ appearances together – including a Novemeber date at Fabric on the 21st – the two combined show themselves as a force to be reckoned with.
