Stream Chimpo’s New Mixtape ‘Monkey Teef’ Ahead Of Release

Manchester’s favourite monkey man Chimpo is set to release a new mixtape on Toddla T and Follow The Bear’s label Girls Music later this month. Entitled ‘Monkey Teef’, we’re happy to tell you the tape is comprised of the sort of give-a-fuck rhymes and sharp grimey beats we’ve long loved Chimpo for.

Fusing together bits of grime, d&b, garage, dancehall and hip hop in characteristic fashion, on ‘Monkey Teef’ Chimpo puts himself as a producer, DJ and emcee: melding together the genres that have influenced him as a musician to create something both distinct and original.

Featuring guest appearances from pals Dub Phizix, Strategy, Fox, Serocee, Jenna G, DRS, Chunky, Trigga, Black Josh, Fallacy, Skittles, T-Man and a whole ton more besides; from huge names like Footsie and Big Narstie to up and coming local youngers Chuckz and Free Wize Men, each and every guest has something special to offer.

With artwork from Kid Acne accompanying the release, ‘Monkey Teef’ looks as fresh as it sounds, and will be available to download from November 28th.
