SilverCoast release single ‘Try’

SilverCoast release single ‘Try’

Emerging from Scotland is Silver Coast, a rock outfit inspired by the likes of Feeder, You Me At Six and Neck Deep. Their new single ‘Try’ is indicative of their punkish potential, with spirited drums and dynamic guitar driving the track into its pop-rooted chorus. Hooky riffs and an explosive percussion comprise the outro, meaning that this track never loses its momentum.

Discussing the track, Silver Coast say: “Try is a song about spending the summer away from home and being absolutely carefree. Not knowing anyone, but then meeting the coolest person ever, a girl. After spending half the summer with her, an emotional connection is made but for her it’s just fun. It’s the turmoil of choosing to devote your time and emotion on someone who doesn’t want anything serious or to just have fun alongside them keeping it simple and carefree.”

The five-piece have previously supported Feeder on the Scottish legs of their Best Of (2018) and Tallulah (2019) tours, as well as receiving notable acclaim from Amazing Radio and BBC Introducing. New single ‘Try’ is sure to keep propelling Silver Coast’s career forward, and we look forward to hearing what comes next.
