The epic bass music and sound system festival that is Outlook will return for its eighth year from 3rd-6th September 2015, and promises to continue “joining the dots between musical legends right through to the next generation of up and coming talent in a celebration of bass music culture”.
Returning to their regular location in northern Croatia nearby to historic city of Pula, Outlook will invite a series of live acts and DJ’s down to the stunning 2000 year old amphitheatre for an opening concert before continuing the festival itself in an abandoned 19th century fort perched on stunning coastline.
With the first round of announcements set for the new year, Outlook nears almost a decade of on-point line ups showcasing new talent alongside established legends. With 2014’s line up celebrating the likes of Lauryn Hill, Busta Rhymes and David Rodigan alongside more underground talents such as Wen, Chimpo, DJ Barely Legal, Dub Phizix and the High Focus Crew, Outlook 2015 feels like a pretty safe bet.
Combining a beautiful beach setting with on top beat selections from an array of traditional sound systems, big name artists and underground acts alike, Outlook sets the agenda with a world-class selection of performers and a series of gorgeous spots to groove in. From their legendary boat parties to the courtyard, dungeon, moat, beach or main stage, which is located on a harbour, atmosphere is key and Outlook capture this niche well.
