Miss Kiddy and Cads Jingle all the way in Leicester Square

Miss Kiddy and Cads Jingle all the way in Leicester Square

We joined the extraordinary Miss Kiddy and the Cads at London’s Leicester Square Theatre for a unique vintage Christmas musical performance featuring a four-piece band and stunning tap dancer Lil’ Missy.

Fronted by stunning vocalist Abi Gilchrist who ramps it up for her performance as gangsters moll Miss Kiddy, the sparkling group turn back the clock to a 1940s-style prohibition with sass and style to boot, oh and a little festive cheers.
What we didn’t anticipate was a contemporary take on modern classics, including superb versions of Mariah Carey’s All I Want for Christmas and Prince’s Party Like it’s 1945, not 1999.

With exquisite vocals, a talented band and stunning costumes, the chic sextet gave their all for the packed-out crowd and they went down a storm.

A special mention has to be given to identical twin sisters Emily and Jessica Evans otherwise know as The Twin Swing who also performed. Their vintage dance act was impressive and a little bit cheeky.

We can’t wait to see more!
