Jamie K – ‘Hathaway’

Today Jamie K releases his brand new solo release ‘Hathaway’ through the distinguished 303Lovers label

With previous releases on Toolroom, and much experience as a DJ in huge clubs such as Ministry of Sound and Pacha, Jamie knows a thing or two about electronica and has some heavy-weight credentials backing him as a producer. Having recently achieved great success with his recent remix for DJ Dan’s ‘Make Ya Freak’, with his rework sitting in the top 20 of the the house chart for the last two weeks, this youthful producer looks set to take the deep tech world by storm!

‘Hathaway’ itself is a strong mix of deep/tech and techno, built on a rolling and funky bassline and urged forward with a crisp 4/4 drum pattern. Deep and dark vibes take hold of the track throughout, whilst the insertion of a groovy melody transports the listener into Jamie’s own introspective world of deep tech house. Just under six minutes in total, ‘Hathaway’ is a total banger from start to finish!
