February Four is the project of John Thornfield – Thornfield has been experimenting with music since he was fifteen years old and has just released a single titled ‘Air Circles’ under his February Four alias.
‘Air Circles’ was digitally released on August 19th 2016. In a recent interview with PWS, Thornfield explained the difference between February Four and the other aliases that he’s released music through. The difference being that the February Four project is all about simplicity – the project is full of clear and clean sounds, with plenty of air in the mix.
Interestingly, the project coincided with the birth of Thornfield’s son, leaving him with the desire to make music that would have a calm and restfulness impact on the listener.
