Dropped as a 37th birthday present to himself, Fanu’s tenth album The Silent Watcher is as expansive and beautiful as it is dark and claustrophobic, shooting between Metalheadz tribute ‘The Fall’ and the softer-edged ‘Presence’ with poise and precision.
